Blue Milk
Inspired by Milk Stand, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
The frozen blue sipper from a galaxy far, far away — a tropical plant-based freeze, not actually dairy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup dragon fruit or watermelon syrup
- Blue spirulina powder or blue food coloring
- 4 cups ice
Method
- Blend everything until thick and slushy.
- Adjust the blue until it looks properly un-natural.
- Serve immediately and drink it watching a twin sunset (lamp optional).
