Citrus Swirl
Inspired by Sunshine Tree Terrace, EPCOT
The other EPCOT soft-serve, and just as good — a two-tone swirl of bright orange sherbet and vanilla.
Ingredients
- 2 cups orange sherbet, slightly softened
- 2 cups vanilla soft serve or vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
Method
- Swirl the orange juice concentrate into the softened sherbet to intensify the citrus flavor.
- Layer alternating spoonfuls of orange sherbet and vanilla soft serve into a cup, swirling gently as you go for the classic two-tone look.
- Serve immediately.
