Green Eggs and Ham Tots
Inspired by Green Eggs and Ham Café, Seuss Landing
Tater tots loaded with ham and a green parmesan-herb sauce. You would like them here or there — you would like them anywhere.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots, baked crisp
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham, warmed
- 1 cup packed basil and parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
Method
- Blend the herbs, parmesan, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and lemon juice into a smooth green sauce.
- Pile the crispy tots on a platter and scatter the warm ham over the top.
- Drizzle generously with the green sauce and serve immediately.
