LeFou's Brew
Inspired by Gaston's Tavern, Magic Kingdom
Frozen apple juice with a hint of toasted marshmallow, topped with passion-fruit mango foam — Gaston's answer to Butterbeer.
Ingredients
- 3 cups apple juice
- 2 tbsp marshmallow syrup (or toasted marshmallow creme thinned with water)
- 4 cups ice
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Method
- Blend the apple juice, marshmallow syrup, and ice until slushy.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks, then fold in the mango nectar and passion fruit juice to make a loose fruit foam.
- Pour the apple slush into cups and spoon the fruit foam generously on top.
- Serve immediately — no one slurps like Gaston.
