Peter Pan Float
Inspired by Storybook Treats, Magic Kingdom
Key-lime soft serve floating on Sprite, finished with a red feather. Second star to the right, straight on till brain freeze.
Ingredients
- 2 cups lime sherbet or key-lime soft serve
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda, cold
- Whipped cream
- 2 red candy strips or wafer 'feathers'
Method
- Fill two glasses about two-thirds with cold lemon-lime soda.
- Float generous scoops of lime sherbet on top.
- Crown with whipped cream and stand a red 'feather' in each, hat-style.
