Ingredients
- 4 cups apple juice
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Whisk everything together in a pitcher until fully combined.
- Chill at least 1 hour — it tastes best thoroughly cold.
