Sweet & Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich

Crispy chicken folded into a fresh waffle with sweet-hot glaze and arugula — the Liberty Square line is long for a reason.
Ingredients
- 4 fried chicken breast filets (homemade or frozen, cooked crisp)
- 4 large fresh waffles
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cups arugula
Method
- Warm the honey, hot sauce, and butter together into a sweet-hot glaze.
- Toss the hot crispy chicken in the glaze until coated.
- Fold each piece into a warm waffle with a handful of arugula.
- Serve immediately, ideally with a waterfront view of Cinderella Castle.
