Potato barrels smothered in chili, queso, and corn chips — nachos that traded chips for tots and never looked back.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen potato tots, baked crisp
- 2 cups beef and bean chili, hot
- 1 1/2 cups queso or shredded cheese sauce
- 1 cup corn chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
Method
- Bake the tots until extra crisp — they need to survive the toppings.
- Pile them in a dish and ladle the hot chili over the top.
- Add the queso, scatter the corn chips, and finish with sour cream and green onions.
- Serve with a fork and zero regrets.
