Violet Lemonade
Inspired by EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival
The purple festival drink that takes over social media every spring — floral, tart, and very photogenic.
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh lemonade
- 2 tbsp violet syrup (or 1 tbsp lavender syrup + a drop of purple food coloring)
- Ice
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Method
- Stir the violet syrup into the lemonade until evenly purple.
- Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
- Adjust syrup to taste — it should be floral, not soapy.
