Event Overview
EPCOT's flagship and longest-running festival turns World Showcase and beyond into a global food crawl, with dozens of outdoor 'Global Marketplace' kiosks serving small-plate dishes and drinks themed to countries and regions around the world.
The Eat to the Beat Concert Series is its signature entertainment draw — a nightly lineup of well-known musical acts performing free shows at America Gardens Theatre alongside the food offerings.
Highlights
- 30+ Global Marketplace booths, with some added in a second wave in late September/early October
- Eat to the Beat Concert Series at America Gardens Theatre, three shows nightly
- 2026 headliner debuts including Lauren Alaina, Fitz and the Tantrums, and Grace Potter
- Returning Eat to the Beat acts such as Boyz II Men, Yellowcard, and The Beach Boys
- Local/regional band performances Tuesday–Thursday alongside bigger weekend acts
- Seminars, culinary demonstrations, and tasting events
Planning Tips
- This is EPCOT's most crowded festival — arrive at park opening or plan an evening-only visit to manage lines at marketplace booths.
- Some marketplaces don't open until a few weeks into the festival, so check the current list before planning a food crawl.
- Eat to the Beat dining packages guarantee concert seating for headline acts, which otherwise fill up fast.
- Pace yourself with smaller portions across multiple booths rather than committing to full entrees at just one or two.
